Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated person to manage our busy jewellery shop's WhatsApp orders. You will be the bridge between our customers and vendors.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Order Management: Taking clear, accurate orders from customers on WhatsApp.

​Vendor Coordination: Placing orders with our manufacturers/vendors immediately.

​Customer Support: Replying to queries, answering calls, and providing order status.

​Collection Updates: Notifying customers as soon as their jewellery is ready for pickup.

​Requirements:

​Excellent communication skills (Fluent in Hindi/Local Language).

​Highly organized and fast at typing on WhatsApp.

​Previous experience in retail or order management is a plus.

​Must be punctual and detail-oriented.

​Work Timings:

​Mon – Sat: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM

​Sunday: 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM
