1.Should Know excel,ms word perfectly 2.Raise sale orders, New customer registrations in tally software. 3.Give Reminders of due payments to clients. 4.Maintain executive attendences on daily basis based on Koops software. 5.Give quotations and Proforma Invoices as per client requirements. 6.Maintain Daily reports of executives and make monthly reports for review meeting. 7.Collect daily order schedules from executives and team leads and follow up with factory for the dispatch schedules. 8.Should able to do work specified by person within immediate action. 9.Must able to grasp the ideas of person on such report makings/information gatherings,need to work in fast environment.
