Job Title: Back Office Executive


Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our business operations and ensure smooth internal processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow.


The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role plays a crucial part in supporting daily operations and maintaining data accuracy within the organization.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Data Management & DocumentationMaintain and update company databases, records, and documentation accurately.
  • Perform data entry and ensure proper storage and retrieval of information.
  • Verify and process documents while maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Administrative SupportProvide administrative support to internal teams and management.
  • Handle routine office tasks including file management, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents.
  • Operational CoordinationCoordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track and update operational data and reports.
  • Assist in managing internal communication and documentation flow.
  • Reporting & Record MaintenancePrepare regular reports and maintain proper documentation of company records.
  • Monitor data accuracy and report discrepancies when required.
  • Ensure timely updates of operational records and databases.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Educational QualificationGraduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Sc or equivalent).
  • Technical SkillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Office tools.
  • Basic data entry and documentation handling skills.
  • Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


ExperienceFreshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

Experience in data entry, administrative work, or back office operations will be an added advantage.
