Experience

• 10+ years of experience in backend development using Python

Primary / Mandatory Skills

• Strong programming expertise in Python

• Experience building API endpoints using Flask, Django, or FastAPI

• Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming ( asyncio )

• Experience with logging frameworks and monitoring using Datadog

• Knowledge of API management/testing tools such as Postman or MuleSoft

• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB

• Strong communication skills with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with NumPy and Pandas

• Exposure to AWS services , especially S3

• Experience with gRPC

• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field (preferred)

• Strong analytical mindset with good business understanding

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
