Backend Executive – Retail Operations

Location: Hyderabad (Nallagandla/Tellapur/BHEL area)

Experience1–3 years (Retail backend preferred)

Preferred Background Experience in organized retail chains (Vijetha, Ratnadeep, Reliance, Spar, More, etc.)

Key Responsibilities Inventory & GRN

• Enter GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) accurately in the system
• Match invoice vs physical stock
• Coordinate with store staff & suppliers for discrepancies

Reports & MIS

• Generate daily / weekly / monthly reports from system
• Sales, stock, expiry, inward & outward reports
• Share reports with management on time

Auditing & Controls

• Assist in stock audits (physical vs system)
• Identify shortages, excess, damages & expiries
• Maintain audit records properly

Basic Accounts Support

• Invoice checking
• Purchase entries
• Basic understanding of GST invoices
• Support accountant with data when required

System & Discipline

• Maintain clean data entry
• Follow SOPs
• Coordinate with multiple stores if required
