Bakery Chef

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery & Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of bakery and pastry products while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and decorate cakes, pastries, cookies, bread, and other baked goods.
• Develop new recipes and seasonal dessert menus.
• Ensure consistent product quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery area.
• Monitor ingredient stocks and assist with inventory management.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to fulfill orders efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
