Job Description
Connect and maintain relationships with DSA and HLC at the loan centre.
Impanel and onboard DSA/HLC partners to conduct business with the company.
Coordinate with internal officers and departments to ensure timely home loan disbursement.
Liaise with sourcing channels (DSA, HLA) to resolve loan file queries and documentation issues.
Update and communicate the status of home loan files to DSA connectors regularly.
Assist home loan customers visiting the centre with loan agreements and related formalities.
Follow up with DSA/HLC connectors to generate and grow business.
