This is job totally should work from. Office and field to and the candidate just know the local languages to support our clients and mandatory to have a bike and licence

Client Acquisition & Needs Analysis: Identify and develop leads, interview applicants, and understand their financial needs and repayment capacity.

Product Recommendation: Suggest appropriate personal loans or cross-sell other financial products based on client profiles.

Sales & Conversion: Convert prospects into customers, meet monthly/quarterly sales targets, and close deals efficiently.

Application Management: Assist with documentation (KYC, paperwork), process applications, and ensure quality sourcing.

Customer Relationship Management: Build trust, provide excellent service, follow up, and maintain long-term relationships for referrals.

Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to company policies, lending regulations, and provide regular sales reports to management.

Internal Coordination: Liaise with underwriting, operations, and other departments for timely approvals and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven sales track record and goal-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of loan products, financial metrics, and compliance.

Proficiency with financial software and CRM systems.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Experience in finance, banking, or customer service is often required.
