Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Banquet Manager with minimum 5 years of hotel industry experience and mandatory knowledge of IDS Software to manage banquet and event operations efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage weddings, conferences, and social events
• Prepare and manage BEOs using IDS Software
• Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, Service & Housekeeping teams
• Supervise banquet staff and ensure service quality
• Handle guest requirements and resolve issues during events
• Ensure accurate billing and event closure in IDS
• Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in hotel banquet operations
• IDS Software knowledge mandatory
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
