Barista

Role Overview: As a Barista, you will be the face of our café — crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to undergo training to take up additional roles in the future.

• Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages as per café standards.
• Greet and engage with guests in fluent English, ensuring a warm and friendly experience.
• Handle customer orders efficiently and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
• Learn and assist in other café operations under the guidance of our Head Chef.
• Support the team during busy hours and extended shifts.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a café/hospitality environment is an advantage (but not mandatory).
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Flexible with working hours — must be open to night shifts (till 5 AM).
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
