Barista

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join the Labonel Fine Baking team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, and capable of maintaining Labonel’s premium quality and service standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverage items (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brews, etc.)
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning as per Labonel standards
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle billing/cash counter operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and service area
• Handle coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment responsibly
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff during peak hours
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times
• Assist in stock checking and basic inventory management
• Upsell bakery and beverage items when appropriate
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista (preferred in premium cafés/bakeries)
• Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and milk texturing
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and during peak hours
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Prior experience with POS systems is an advantage
