Job Description
A barista prepares and serves specialty hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, teas) while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Beverage Preparation: Expertly preparing coffee, espresso, lattes, and other drinks according to recipes and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, answering questions about menu items, and handling transactions via POS systems.
- Equipment & Cleaning: Operating, cleaning, and maintaining brewing equipment (grinders, espresso machines). Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and dining area.
