Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Healthcare Business Development Manager with strong US client relationships in RN / LPN / CNA staffing. The ideal candidate should have direct access to hospitals, healthcare facilities, MSPs, and VMS clients in the USA and a proven track record of generating new business in healthcare staffing.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand US healthcare staffing business for RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health roles
- Own end-to-end client acquisition: hospitals, clinics, long-term care, SNFs, and healthcare groups
- Build and manage direct client relationships (non-bench sales focus)
- Work with recruiters to close staffing requirements quickly
- Negotiate rates, contracts, MSAs, and SLAs with US clients
- Manage MSP / VMS portals (AMN, Aya, Cross Country, etc.)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and placement targets
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales metrics
- Stay updated on US healthcare staffing compliance and trends
- Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing Sales / BDM role
- Strong exposure to RN & LPN staffing (mandatory)
- Existing US healthcare client base is a big plus
- Experience working with US time zones
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with MSP / VMS platforms
- Ability to work onsite from Somajiguda, Hyderabad
- Preferred QualificationsExperience with travel nursing, contract & permanent staffing
- Knowledge of US healthcare compliance (Joint Commission, HIPAA basics)
- Prior experience with mid-large US staffing firms
