Beautician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Beautician to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of professional experience in a reputed salon and be passionate about delivering high-quality beauty services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of beauty services including facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures.
• Perform skin and hair treatments based on client needs and preferences
• Conduct client consultations to understand requirements and recommend suitable services and products
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times
• Keep tools, equipment, and workstations clean and sanitized
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
• Promote salon services, packages, and retail products to clients
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service-related concerns

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Beautician in a salon
• Certification or diploma in Beautician / Cosmetology is preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and salon practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
