Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide skin, hair, and beauty services to customers politely and professionally
- Perform services like:
- ✔ Eyebrows, Upper lips, Face threading
- ✔ Waxing (Normal & Rica)
- ✔ Facials & Clean-ups
- ✔ Bleach / Detan
- ✔ Manicure & Pedicure
- ✔ Mehendi application (optional if required)
- ✔ Hair wash, blow-dry & ironing
- ✔ Basic Haircuts (U, Straight, Layers preferred)
- Provide bridal & party makeup (if applicable)
- Suggest suitable beauty treatments to customers based on skin/hair type
- Follow salon hygiene, cleanliness & sanitization standards
- Handle clients professionally and build customer satisfaction
- Maintain product usage records and inform management for stock requirements
- ✅ Skills & RequirementsWell-versed with all basic beauty treatments
- Good knowledge of beauty products, brands & skin types
- Should maintain grooming, discipline, and neat appearance
- Good communication skills and polite behaviour
- Able to handle walk-in clients and manage time efficiently
- Willing to learn new services & techniques
- ✅ Additional Advantage (Preferred)Hair coloring, Keratin, Smoothening
- Nail art / Nail extension
- Saree Draping & Bridal makeup experience
- Massage services (Head, neck, shoulder)
- ✅ EducationBeautician course / certification preferred
- Practical hands-on experience in salon industry is an advantage
