Behaviour Therapist

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Behaviour Therapist to work with children having Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning difficulties, and behavioral challenges. The therapist will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans to improve communication, social skills, attention, and daily functioning.

• Key ResponsibilitiesClinical ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral observations and assessments under supervision of senior clinicians.
• Implement individualized behaviour intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide one-on-one and group behaviour therapy sessions.
• Collect, record, and analyze session data and progress reports.
• Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Psychologists, and Special Educators.
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and progress reviews.
• Follow ethical standards and center protocols.
• Attend training programs, supervision sessions, and workshops.
• Support screenings, assessments, and awareness programs when required.
