Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Title: Entry-Level Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher`s)-(USA night shifts)-(She/Her Candidates Only) Candidates who can communicate effectively in Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Kannada, Odiya, Marathi, or Nepali are preferred, in addition to English.

Role & responsibilities

Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) to new job opportunities through job portals, vendor contacts, and client channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, clients, and implementation partners.

Understand consultants skill sets and identify matching job opportunities in a timely manner.

Submit consultants to appropriate roles and follow up on interview processes.

Maintain clear communication with consultants and update them regularly on job status and client feedback.

Keep internal databases and tracking systems updated with submittals, interviews, and placements.

Coordinate with internal teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in any discipline (Business, HR, IT preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Willingness to learn and grow in the field of IT staffing and recruitment.

Basic understanding of different U.S. work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) is a plus.

Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn is an added advantage (training provided).

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask.

Languages Preference: Candidates who can communicate effectively in Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Kannada, Odiya, Marathi, or Nepali are preferred, in addition to English.
