Description & Requirements

The Principal Consultant is responsible for leading Analytics implementation projects, providing expertise in the design, configuration, and deployment . This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring the effective implementation of Industry Analytics solutions. The Principal Consultant will lead teams, manage complex project timelines, and ensure that project deliverables align with client objectives. 

Experience – 8+ Years.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and support Data Analytics
• Gather and document technical requirements
• Continuously researching current, and emerging technologies, and coming up with innovations
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communications skills while working in a collaborative team environment.
• Deliver results efficiently, prioritize activities, and manage time effectively.
• Engage and participate actively in Discovery workshops.
• Delegate tasks to the team and review their progress.
• Leading and taking ownership of the deliverables
• Contribute to Additional Business Generation.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience working on Birst or any reporting tools (e.g. Business Objects, IBM Cognos, MicroStrategy, Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience working on Data warehousing.
• Expertise with data warehousing concepts, data analytics, terminology, and architecture.
• Experience with programming e.g.Python.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, data modelling, and ETL tools.
• Excellent SQL skills and a good understanding of database technologies.
• Familiarity with the Agile SCRUM process.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High degree of self-motivation and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to translate user requirements into functional or product requirements and be able to document them effectively.
• Quick learner with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team player, able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on expertise in training the team and developing best practices and tools.
• Ability to prepare project plans and provide accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of Data Fabric, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the AWS platform from an enterprise solution perspective.
• Familiarity with Infor Products such as M3, LN and ERP, as well as Infor OS, is a bonus.
