3. Billing Process in StoreTypical Bombay Dyeing retail billing process:
- Sales staff selects product.
- Barcode scanned in POS machine.
- System shows MRP / discount / GST.
- Billing staff confirms items with customer.
- Payment taken (cash / card / UPI).
- Printed bill given to customer.
- Product packed and delivered.
- 4. Discount and Offer RulesDiscount must follow company approved schemes.
- Staff cannot give extra discount without manager approval.
- Offer items must be billed according to promotion code in POS.
