Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time
Handle billing, documentation, and payment follow-ups
Maintain records of invoices, GST details, and client accounts
Coordinate with operations, sales, and accounts teams
Verify trip sheets / service details before invoicing (if transport/logistics company)
Ensure compliance with GST and company billing policies
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of GST billing & invoicing
Good in MS Excel & computer operations
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
