The Opportunity: At 7 Fin, we don’t just process loans; we bridge the gap between financial dreams and reality. We are looking for a Business Operations (BizOps) Associate who will be the "Engine Room" of our company. This isn't a "Back Office" job. This is a high-visibility role where you will act as the right hand to our leadership, ensuring our sales engine, banking partnerships, and office operations run with clinical precision.
Your Core Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Credit Liaison & Deal Velocity
- The Bridge: Act as the primary point of contact between our Sales team and Banking Partners.
- File Management: Own the "Login-to-Sanction" journey. Coordinate with Bank Managers to resolve queries and ensure our files move faster than the market average.
- Product Insight: Learn to evaluate loan files based on interest rates and bank eligibility—becoming an internal expert on our lending products.
2. Operations & MIS Architecture
- Data Mastery: Maintain a precise MIS (Management Information System) to track every lead, every file, and every disbursement.
- Productivity Tracking: Monitor branch and sales performance records, providing the management with the data needed to make "Smarter" decisions.
- Flow Management: Oversee lead assignments and management to ensure maximum efficiency.
3. People Ops & Administrative Excellence
- HR Shade: Support our growth by managing the onboarding journey, releasing offer letters, and tracking team productivity (login/logout).
- Office Command: Manage the daily "Engine Room"—from handling petty cash and office expenses to coordinating document pickups with field staff.
- Human-Centric Service: Ensure that our office environment and client interactions reflect 7 Fin’s mission to be "More Human."
