Job Description

Position: Boiler Operator – Boiler “B” Certificate

Qualification: Boiler “B” Certificate (Mandatory)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Turkapally, Telangana

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor industrial boilers as per approved SOPs and safety norms

Ensure safe boiler operation, pressure control, and temperature monitoring

Maintain boiler logbooks, records, and statutory documentation

Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of boilers and auxiliaries

Coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdowns and preventive maintenance

Ensure compliance with Boiler Rules, Factory Act, and safety guidelines

Support Boiler Inspector, Factory Inspector, and safety audits

Follow GMP, EHS, and company safety procedures at all times

Immediately report abnormalities, leakages, or unsafe conditions

Qualifications & Certifications

Boiler “B” Certificate – Mandatory

SSC / ITI / Diploma (Mechanical preferred)

Minimum 2–3 years experience in industrial boiler operation

Medically fit for boiler operation duties

Preferred Skills

Experience in pharmaceutical / chemical / manufacturing industry

Knowledge of steam systems, valves, pumps, and utilities

Awareness of GMP, EHS, and statutory compliance

Ability to work independently and in shifts
