BPO Call Auditor/Quality Auditor

Audit patient calls, records, agent performance and feedback from patients and doctors

Ensure compliance, accuracy, and service excellence with a strong focus on Health Care or else Hospital Standards.

Monitor inbound and outbound patient calls for accuracy, empathy, compliance, and communication quality.

Evaluate adherence to scripts, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

Patient appointments, consultations, medicine usage, revisits, follow ups & feedbacks.

Audit agent performance: product knowledge, communication, and patient guidance.

Audit doctors’ feedback on patient care and agent handling.

Ensure compliance with SOPs and healthcare regulations.

Provide reports, coaching and training based on audit findings.

Share insights on patient/doctor perceptions for product and service improvement.

Prepare detailed audit reports with scoring, trends, feedbacks and recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum graduation with 4-6 years of experience as Call Auditor/Quality Auditor, preferably in healthcare/hospital sector.

Good communication skills into the Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada & Bengali languages

Strong auditing and analytical and excellent management information system (MIS) skills

Knowledge on the healthcare sector, patient counselling and compliance handling teams

Expertise in BPO/Call centre parameters, like performance metrics, quality monitoring with SLA’s, AHT, KPI and KPE

Preferable healthcare sector and immediately joining candidates can apply this position.
