Job Title: Telesales Executive / Associate

Job Location: Call Center (On-site)

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job SummaryThe Telesales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products through inbound and outbound calls. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable financial solutions while consistently achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products via inbound and outbound calls.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate product information.
• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant products.
• Maintain and update customer information accurately in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal sales and support teams to meet business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales or telesales (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of financial products is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
