BPO Manager

Should have serve as manager into the BPO/Call Center with huge team handling

For the achieve monthly and annual revenue targets-oriented sales proceedings

Analyze market trends and utilize market intelligence to drive innovation programs

Build and sustain report with key accounts by making periodic visits to our hospitals

Organizing training sessions to improve the performance of executives on the floor

Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts in the floor

Ensure timely auditing and monitor team performance and report on metrics basis

Collaborate with executives on patient management strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives

Utilize various tools and technologies to monitor patient interactions, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement effective patient management strategies to increase patients loyalty

Flexible to work with any shift timings based on management requirements into the floor.

Desired candidate profile:

Should have Graduation with 10-15 years of experience in BPO/Call Center domain

Patient coordination that to voice process through In/Out bound & compliance calls

Strong communication skills with verbal and written in English,Telugu&Hindi languages

Good Analytical and decision-making skills required for this position applicants/aspirants

Expertise in strong leadership, problem-solving and people management skills required

Candidate must ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Experience working with CRM systems and other patient relationship management tools

Male and healthcare sector with immediately joining candidates preferable for this position.
