📢 We Are Hiring – Tele Callers (Cold Calling / Outbound)

📍 Location: Jubilee Hills – Road No. 40

Vimala Subhramaniya Nivas, 2nd Floor

Freshers – Salary & Training Process:

• Salary: ₹10,000

• 7 days unpaid training

• First 2 days – complete training

• Next 5 days – observation period

• Performance feedback by management

• Candidates must do cold calling & attempt sales closure

• More sales = higher chances of confirmation

Experienced Callers – Salary & Training Process:

• Salary: ₹12,000 fixed

• Up to ₹15,000 based on experience (final decision after management round)

• Training: 2 days training + 5 days observation

• Minimum ₹12,000 sales/day required during observation to pass certification

• Final selection based on performance & management feedback

Role Details:

• Cold calling / outbound process only (no inbound)

• Incentives & bonuses based on performance

• Salary increment possible after 1 month based on performance
