Primary Job Responsibilities

 

 

  • RESPONSIBLE FOR ACHIEVING P&L TARGETS OF THE REGION.
  • THE BRANCH MANAGER (BM) IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE ATTAINMENT OF SALES & COLLECTION TARGETS.
  • CREATING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR LUMINOUS BUSINESS. (CREATE AND EXECUTE CHANNEL
  • EXPANSION PROGRAM BASIS MARKET POTENTIAL)
  • USE MARKET INSIGHTS AND PAST DATA TO FORECAST ANNUAL, QUARTERLY AND MONTHLY SALES TARGETS.
  • STRATEGY AND EXECUTION OF DEVELOPING NEW DISTRIBUTORS/DEALERS.
  • MONITOR COMPETITOR'S ACTIVITIESIN (CLUDING SALES AND MARKET ACTIVATIONS.)
  • ESTABLISH SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, AND REVIEW MECHANISMSTO SUPPORT CHANNEL GROWTH.
  • MONITOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SALES TEAM AND MOTIVATING MEMBERS TO MEET OR EXCEED IMPLEMENTATION OF KENDISTRIBUTION PROCESSES
  • RECRUITMENT. TRAINING & RETENTION OF TEAN CHANNEL PARTNERS DEALERS AND SALES EXECUTIVES.
