Primary Job Responsibilities
- RESPONSIBLE FOR ACHIEVING P&L TARGETS OF THE REGION.
- THE BRANCH MANAGER (BM) IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE ATTAINMENT OF SALES & COLLECTION TARGETS.
- CREATING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR LUMINOUS BUSINESS. (CREATE AND EXECUTE CHANNEL
- EXPANSION PROGRAM BASIS MARKET POTENTIAL)
- USE MARKET INSIGHTS AND PAST DATA TO FORECAST ANNUAL, QUARTERLY AND MONTHLY SALES TARGETS.
- STRATEGY AND EXECUTION OF DEVELOPING NEW DISTRIBUTORS/DEALERS.
- MONITOR COMPETITOR'S ACTIVITIESIN (CLUDING SALES AND MARKET ACTIVATIONS.)
- ESTABLISH SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, AND REVIEW MECHANISMSTO SUPPORT CHANNEL GROWTH.
- MONITOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SALES TEAM AND MOTIVATING MEMBERS TO MEET OR EXCEED IMPLEMENTATION OF KENDISTRIBUTION PROCESSES
- RECRUITMENT. TRAINING & RETENTION OF TEAN CHANNEL PARTNERS DEALERS AND SALES EXECUTIVES.
