Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager with 3–5 years of experience, preferably from the Events and Entertainment industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, business development, team performance, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales, operations, and site teams
• Develop business strategies to increase revenue and market presence
• Handle key clients and maintain strong professional relationships
• Oversee event planning, execution, and quality control
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability
• Ensure timely completion of projects and client satisfaction
• Coordinate with head office and management for reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Events/Entertainment industry
• Proven experience in team handling and branch/operations management
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / MBA (preferred)
• Event Management or Business background is an advantage
