Role Overview:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales performance, client experience, and team management of the branch. This role ensures smooth service delivery, drives revenue growth, and maintains high-quality matchmaking standards while upholding the company’s brand values and professional ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for memberships and premium matchmaking services..
• Create and implement local business development strategies..
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and conversions for high-value memberships.
• Build relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and local influencers.
• Ensure efficient workflow, client servicing, and backend coordination at the branch.
• Monitor the performance of matchmaking teams, relationship managers, and tele-counselors.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and oversee lead management processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, service quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Recruit and onboard new team members as per branch requirements.
• Manage escalations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the matchmaking journey.
• Closely monitor case progress, compatibility assessments, and profile shortlisting.
• Ensure timely follow-up and personalized service delivery by relationship managers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports for senior management.
• Analyze branch performance metrics and take corrective actions where required.
• Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.
