CTC / Salary
Home Loan (HL): Up to ₹6.50 LPA
MLAP: Up to ₹4.20 LPA
Micro LAP: Up to ₹3.80 LPA
⚠️ Undergraduates (Inter / 12th pass) with minimum 1 year BFSI sales experience – Max CTC ₹3.5 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities
- Field sales of Home Loan / LAP / Micro LAP products
- Lead generation through open market sourcing
- Sales through DSAs, connectors & direct channels
- Customer acquisition and relationship management
- Coordinate documentation and login process
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria
Age: Below 40 years
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience:
- Affordable Housing / Small Ticket Home Loan / LAP / MLAP sales
- Strong local market knowledge
- Field sales background is mandatory
