BTL Marketing Manager

We’re hiring BTL Marketing Manager – Insta Help @ Urban Company

Experience: 1–5 Years

Urban Company is growing, and our newest vertical — Insta Help is all about delivering urgent, on-demand home services in record time. To scale this category, we’re on the lookout for a hands-on, high-energy BTL Marketing Manager who can own hyperlocal marketing efforts and drive brand visibility on the ground.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute BTL campaigns (kiosks, residential activations, stalls)

• Manage vendors & negotiate budgets

• Drive community engagement with RWAs & local businesses

• Monitor campaign ROI and optimize performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–5 years of BTL/field marketing experience (FMCG/startups/consumer services a plus)

• Strong on-ground execution skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• A go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments
