Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation, enabling clients to adapt swiftly to market changes and outperform their competitors. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote business agility principles and practices.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend enhancements to improve overall performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Requirements Analysis, Business Architecture, Business Agility.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and management.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Experience in developing and implementing business transformation strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
