Role Name:  Business Analyst

Desired Experience Range: 6 years to 9 Years

Location of Requirement: Hyderabad

Tech Profile/Essential Skills

·       Proven experience in Unica administration, with a focus on Unica Platform, Campaign and Interact modules

·       Capable of handling end to end application support activities (product installations, migrations, upgrades, bug, and security fixes etc.)

·       Prior experience with Unica Interact integrations

·       Good understanding of Oracle database, Unix, and WebSphere

·       Knowledge of product-specific features, best practices, and industry standards

·       Good exposure on performance management and critical troubleshooting in Unica Interact

·       Familiarity with user management, Disaster recovery and failover, and Unica platform utilities to perform important administrative tasks

Education and Professional Skills

• Professional qualification or equivalent.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable)  
• Solid English reading/writing capability required.
• Strong communication & articulation skills.
• Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.
• Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial.  
• Agile related certifications preferable.

Detailed Responsibilities

·       Administer Unica Platform, Campaign, and Interact modules

·       Support Unica product installations, upgradations, migrations, security and bug fixes

·       Adhere to testing, incident and change management procedures

·       Able to troubleshoot the various technical and functional issues

·       Manage WebSpehre configuration (Deploy/Undeploy product modules)

·       Preventive maintenance and perform end to end functionality testing

·       Performance tuning of existing flowcharts and recommend best practices

·       Experience with Unica Interact integrations and relevant configurations

·       Troubleshoot issues, both from a production as well as a performance standpoint

·       Collaborate with development teams to implement and optimize API-JSON integrations

·       Solid analytical and troubleshooting capabilities

·       Manage user clean-up, role, and permissions management

·       Interact load balancer configuration and troubleshooting

·       Perform Disaster recovery and end to end application functionality testing

·       Execute Unica administration tasks, including configuration and customization

·       Good exposure on Unica system tables and end to end data flow within the product

·       Enforce product-related best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations

·       Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance product operations

·       Monitor Production environments and work with various teams to resolve mission critical issues

·       Monitoring system health, provide input for the application server, and DB server cleanup activities

·       Conduct periodic review of system performance for capacity planning and identification of system improvements

·       Liaising with support groups and other departments on planned maintenance activities, technical issues, and major incidents

·       Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

·       Manage monitoring alerts across multiple tools intended to monitor crucial usage stats (CPU, memory etc.) and service availability
