We're hiring Business Analyst- Associate

Experience range: 1-2 years relevant experience

Location: Melange Tower, HITEC City, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Onsite, 5 days- WFO

Education: Btech/BE background with Mandate Stream - (EEE, ECE, EIE) ONLY CAN APPLY!!

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, gather, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, L&D, QA) to define functional specs and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis as per the requirement.
• Assist in configurations, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and rollout.
• Support data migration.
• Identify process improvements and user experience enhancements within the learning ecosystem.
• Serve as a liaison between the business users and clients (if applicable).
• Stay up to date with Market trends, best practices, and emerging tools
• Collaborating with clients and resolving the issues

Mandatory Skills: Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, logical thinking, critical thinking, problem solving.
