Project Role : Business and Integration PractitionerProject Role Description : Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals.
Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical
Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure Architecture
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary:
As a Business and Integration Practitioner, you will engage directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze their needs, and design or implement technology solutions that align with their business strategies and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, facilitating discussions to understand their challenges, and proposing effective technology-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the implemented solutions are in line with industry best practices, thereby contributing to the overall growth and improvement of the client's business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather and clarify requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through technology.
- Develop and document detailed specifications for technology solutions.
- Support the implementation of technology solutions and ensure they meet client expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
- Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other business applications.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
