Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and designing innovative business solutions that align with the client's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that articulate the value of proposed initiatives, ensuring that all aspects of the business architecture are considered to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Familiarity with business case development and project management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based in Chennai.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
