Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire PolicyCenter. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling tools. - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in GuideWire PolicyCenter. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
