As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques related to enterprise asset management.
- Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs within SAP environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Skilled in identifying gaps in current processes and proposing scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable business outcomes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
