As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current operational state. The role includes capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. This position requires translating complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformation efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
