Job Profile:

Roles & Responsibilities


• Ability to understand and analyze the situation

• Giving quick response to the clients

• Taking inputs from the clients, mangers, seniors in the particular department

• Assisting senior managers on projects related to business analytics and Work on various aspects of Projects.

• Assist in addressing client specific business issues

• Create training and support programs as needed

• Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively; may be responsible for assigning project tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management skills and ability to multi-task

• Self-driven, problem-solving attitude, motivated to take initiatives

• End-to-end project management throughout the project life cycle from scope planning to development and implementation - Planning and execution of on-going projects

• Close cooperation with other departments of the company: design, transcreation, strategy, client service

• Timely implementation of assigned projects

• Development of complex project plans, project schedules and cost estimates; creating accurate project documentation, including internal briefs and functional specifications

• Oversee cross dependencies of project's activities and ensuring teams communicate and are aware of project status and drafting new processes for effective projects coordination

• Managing effectively the detailed project schedule and measuring project progress

• Cold Calling

• On boarding clients

• Taking Regular follow up of the clients

• Updating Daily Reports/progress of the projects.

• Maintaining Relation with The clients.

• Proficiency in Microsoft office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

• Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.


Qualifications: Any Graduate


Experience: 1-2years

Languages: Fluent in Telugu and English. Hindi will be an added advantage.
