 Job Description: 

 As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building 

 relationships with prospects, and contributing to the growth of FutureFlex Edge by promoting our in- 

 demand courses. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the 

 ability to understand client needs to provide the right solutions. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

 * Identify and reach out to potential leads through calls, emails, and social media. 

 * Explain course offerings, training benefits, and career outcomes to prospective students. 

 * Conduct counseling sessions to guide students in choosing the right program. 

 * Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. 

 * Maintain a strong follow-up system with prospects to ensure maximum conversions. 

 * Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for smooth student onboarding. 

 * Prepare reports on sales activities, performance, and market feedback. 

 Required Skills & Qualifications: 

 * Bachelorâ's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (freshers can also apply). 

 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred). 

 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. 

 * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. 

 * Basic knowledge of EdTech / IT training industry is an added advantage. 

 * Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Salary Structure: 

 x Stipend: 15,000 per month + Incentives (Performance-Based) 

 Post-Internship :Permanent Role

 Designation: Business Development Associate 

 Annual CTC: 5,40,000 

 Fixed Pay: 2,40,000 per annum 

 Variable Pay: 3,00,000 per annum (performance-linked)
