Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and online research

• Generate and qualify leads based on company target criteria
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Client Communication & Relationship Building

Contact prospective clients to understand their business needs

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Act as the first point of contact between the company and customers

Sales Support & Conversion

Present company products/services clearly and convincingly

• Schedule product demos or meetings for senior sales managers
• Follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel
• Assist in closing deals (depending on role scope)

CRM & Data Management

Update and manage customer data in CRM systems

• Track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
• Prepare basic sales and performance reports
