About the Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in expanding Future Invo’s reach and impact across the education ecosystem. You’ll identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with academic partners, and convert prospects into meaningful collaborations.

This role demands strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, engage with institutions, and represent Future Invo in webinars and outreach events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients, institutions, and business partners.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and training academies.
  • Plan and conduct webinars and outreach campaigns to promote Future Invo programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business and revenue targets.
  • Track leads, follow up proactively, and convert opportunities into tangible results.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Self-motivated with a growth and ownership mindset.
  5. Resilient, adaptable, and target-oriented in approach.
  6. Prior experience in business development, sales, or institutional outreach is an advantage.

Compensation & Details

  • Phase 1: Performance-Based Compensation (Initial Months)
  • Phase 2: Salary (Post-Performance Period) — ₹2.5 LPA to ₹6 LPA
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 6 Days/Week
  • Incentives: Lucrative bonuses and rewards based on performance
