Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective customers through regular follow-ups and feedback calls

• Plan and execute effective lead engagement and conversion strategies

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting

• Manage, track, and optimize sales pipelines to consistently meet performance targets

• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close business deals

• Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to drive revenue and brand visibility

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong willingness to work in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment 

Compensation & Career Progression

Internship Monthly Fixed Stipend : Rs. 15,000

Performance Incentives : Up to Rs. 20,000 per month

Internship Duration : 3 – 6 months

Full-Time Employment Opportunity Salary Package : Rs. 30,000- Rs. 50,000 per month (based on experience)
