Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales strategies.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Preferred Skills:Experience in inside sales / outbound calling
• Knowledge of B2B or B2C sales processes
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
