Roles & Responsibilities:

Attend daily gate meetings and complete assigned tasks.

Visit 20–22 outlets/stores per day.

Handle sales & new merchant onboarding.

Re-onboard inactive merchants and support merchant loan processes.

Manage return pickups and maintain strong merchant relationships.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: Male candidates only

Education: 12th Pass (Certificate Mandatory)

Age: 18 – 34 years

Requirements: Own bike + valid driving license

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with experience in Fintech / Telecom / FMCG / B2B / B2C Sales preferred.

Strong communication and customer-handling skills required.

Salary & Benefits:

Hyderabad: ₹20,000 (Fixed) + Incentives

Other AP & TS Locations: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (Fixed) + Incentives

Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000

Benefits: PF, ESI, and attractive performance-based incentives
