Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion:

• Connect with potential customers through online chat, email, and Social Platforms.
• Educate customers on the benefits of purchasing from our online pharmacy.
• Assist with medication inquiries and provide accurate information.

1. Lead Generation & Business Development:

• Identify and acquire new customers through various online platforms.
• Generate and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

1. Order Processing & Compliance:

• Process customer orders accurately while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Maintain customer data in the CRM system.
• Track interactions, analyze sales data, and optimize the sales funnel.

1. Market & Industry Awareness:

• Stay updated on healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to the management on market demands and customer needs.
