Business Development Executive

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 year experience in sales / real estate (Freshers with strong communication can also apply)
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong sales mindset with negotiation ability
• Expert in cold calling and lead follow-ups
• Comfortable working with monthly targets
• Punctual and disciplined
• Positive attitude and result-oriented approach
• Interested in earning high incentives based on performance
• 6 Days working

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Explain project details clearly to customers
• Fix site visit appointments
• Convert leads into sales
• Maintain strong customer relationships
