On the Job Role:

A project will be assigned to individual employee and they are solely responsible for the 

client and business partners management.

Leads will be generated and employee pitch the project details to the client over call/virtual 

call and according to client’s availability they will be visiting the project.

After the project visit, they will be dealing with conversions/closures and follow ups.

It is the responsibility of each employee to maintain a professional relationship with clients 

and business partners as they represent our company
