About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our latex mattress showroom team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to educate customers on the benefits of natural latex mattresses and pillows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and engage showroom visitors, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable mattress & bedding solutions.

2. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and USP of 100% Natural Latex Mattresses & Pillows.

3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain knowledge of all product lines, promotions, and offers.

4. Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and close sales effectively.

5. Assist in showroom display, product arrangements, and overall customer experience.

6. Manage billing, receipts, and basic stock records as required ,Follow up with customers post-purchase for feedback and referrals.

7. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company sales policies.

8. Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients. Traveling to customer sites for face-to-face meetings.

9. Attending industry events and trade shows to promote products and services
